Class Roster, Attendance, & Grades
- A roster listing the students enrolled in your course will be available to you on the first day of class.
- Ask students whether or not they would like a transcript sent to them at the end of the class. If there are students who say they are enrolled but their names do not appear on the class list, have them write their name, address and phone number on the roster. These students should also contact the Registrar's Office at 303-492-5148 to confirm their enrollment.
- Enter the grades for homework, quizzes and tests on the roster.
- At the conclusion of your course, assign each student a grade of (S)atisfactory, (U)nsatisfactory, or NC (No Credit) on the roster and sign it. (See class roster for explanation of each grade.)
- Mail roster back to us no later than one week after the last class period. Many students need their grades processed as soon as possible in order to receive tuition reimbursement from their employers.
