Computer Lab Rental Details
CAETE has a state-of-the-art computer lab located on the University of Colorado at Boulder campus available for rent. Use our lab to conduct your training in a convenient, fully-supported facility. View details of the lab Continuing Education Lab, CEDU 1B40.
Computer Lab Rental Rates
Full Day (9 am - 4:30 pm): $550
Half Day (any four hour time period ending no later than 4:30 pm): $350
Multi-day rental discounts: If you rent the lab for more than one day, any rental after the first day will be discounted by 10 %.
University of Colorado discount: University of Colorado departments are eligible for a discounted rate. Contact us for more information.
Special Setup
Our computer lab has high speed Internet access (100 megabytes). Operating systems can be Windows 98/2000/NT/XP or Linux. All computers have the Office Professional package. See the link above for the specific software installed on the machines. If you have your own software or other operating systems that you would like to use, our IT staff can install it for an additional set up fee of $70 per hour.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made two weeks in advance or the full amount of the lab reservation will be charged.
