To successfully stream or download a course, your computer, browser, and Internet connection should meet these minimum requirements.
Windows XP or greater, OSX 10.4 and greater. Tegrity does not currently support Linux, however Camtasia Relay does.
Tegrity works in Internet Explorer 7+, Firefox 2.+, and all recent versions of Safari. In order to view lectures under OSX you need to install the VLC plugin for Intel or PowerPC.
Camtasia Relay will work in any web browser with the flash plugin (version 9.0.115.0 or later) installed.
Courses on CD-ROM are delivered in the same format as streaming. Clicking on the "View Sample Class" button below will stream a sample lecture. You should view the class recordings in 1024x768 resolution, or higher, and use 24, or 32 bit display.
Internet access with a minimum speed of 56Kbps (audio only); DSL or Cable is required for video.
A computer with at least a 1.3 GHz CPU, 512MB RAM for Windows XP or>OSX, 1GB RAM for Vista, 4GB free hard drive space is required in order to view lectures.
