Penina Axelrad is a professor in the Aerospace Engineering Sciences department. She has been working in the GPS/GNSS field since 1985 on topics including GPS technology and applications for satellite orbit and attitude determination, observing GPS surface reflections for altimetry and remote sensing, signal processing techniques, and multipath characterization and mitigation.
