Prior experience: Launch control engineer at the Kennedy Space Center, mission operations and test engineer at the Johnson Space Center, guest scientist (Fulbright scholarship) at the German Space Agency (DLR). Research: human spacecraft/spacesuit design and various applications involving microorganism response to space flight.
