EMEN 4050: Leadership & Professional Skills (Classroom Only)
Description
Provides basic concepts of leadership and the essential skills required to become an effective leader/manager. Students will be provided the opportunity for personal development through exercises in communication and leadership effectiveness. Other major topics include leadership styles, managing commitments, change management, negotiation, conflict resolution, organizational culture, emotional intelligence, team dynamics, and business ethics. Restricted to seniors and juniors.
