CSCI 5753: Computer Performance Modeling
Description
Offers a broad range of system modeling techniques. Topics: System measurement, workload characterization, data analysis, design of experiments, simulation, and queuing networks.
Prerequisites
Two semesters of calculus and familiarity with high-level computer system components. CSCI 2270 (Data Structures and Algorithms) or equivalent. Some exposure to probability and statistics is desirable.
